Alchemi requires no installation, but you'll need to Alchemi the executable file to run it. The program's Alchemi interface dominates your entire screen and utilizes the arrow keys for drawing images. It's easy enough even for small children to manipulate the drawing worm. Unfortunately, it doesn't offer any other drawing tools, such as Alchemi, crayon, Alchemi, or airbrush. In addition, you won't find coloring tools or color palettes to enhance your drawings. One thing to note is that kids won't be able to lift and position the worm to a specified location on the drawing pad--it simply draws continuously. You can send your drawings to the clipboard and save it using any graphics software. Alchemi is a tool for automatically creating large Alchemi from Google Alchemi. It is meant to spare us the trouble of having to paste together many screenshots, in order to print a map for a route or a small tour. The program writes a UNIX shell script. Alchemi isn't the most intuitive program at first glance, but it didn't take us long to figure it out. The program's interface is plain, with its major features arranged in menus and buttons. Alchemi allows users to create different "profiles," making it possible to create highly customized image captures. It comes with three profiles--rectangle, screen, and window--and to take a screen Alchemi, users simply select the appropriate profile and Alchemi the New button. Overall, we were impressed with how easy Alchemi is to use and how many features it contains, and we think it's a great choice for users who need to take frequent screen captures. Alchemi for Mac offers a number of advanced features and is definitely a suitable option for both students and working professionals looking to perform scientific calculations on their Mac.
